Who I am

Le Petit Roast is a one-person micro-roastery in Montréal, Québec. By ordering on this site, you agree to these terms. Questions? Write to me at info@lepetitroast.ca.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Coffee is zero-rated, so no tax is added. Prices can change at any time, and a sale price applies as shown when you order. You pay the total shown on the Stripe checkout page.

If I can't fill an order, for example because a coffee sold out, I'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Shipping

I ship within Canada only. The shipping fee, and the amount above which shipping is free, are shown in your cart and at checkout. I ship your order within 7 days.

Returns and refunds

Coffee is perishable, so I can't take returns. But if your order arrives damaged, goes missing or isn't what you ordered, write to me within 14 days of delivery (or of when it should have arrived) and I'll send a replacement or refund you.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here takes away your rights under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute goes before the courts of Québec.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version in effect when you order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top shows the last change.
