What I collect

When you order, Stripe collects what it takes to take your payment and ship your coffee: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and payment details. Your card number goes straight to Stripe. I never see it and never store it.

If you write to me, I also keep your email address and your message.

What I don't collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your cart lives only in your browser's local storage and isn't sent anywhere until you pay.

Why I use it

Only to fill and ship your order, send your receipt and answer your questions. I don't sell your information, I don't share it for marketing and I don't send marketing emails.

Who else handles it

Stripe processes payments; Stripe's privacy policy explains how it handles your information. Beyond that, my hosting and email providers, and the carrier that delivers your order, see only what they need to do their part. Some of them may store or process information outside Québec and Canada.

How long I keep it

I keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Anything else, like an email you sent me, I delete when you ask.
